Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business leaders to design, implement and monitor strategies to ensure business sustainability and success and be a trusted advisor for business leaders
  • Assist to design people strategy to attract and retain talent within the organization; provide end-to-end assistance in the formulation and implementation of all HR initiatives
  • Plan and work out the annual manpower plan in accordance with the business needs
  • Act as a team leader, manage and coach team members and to promote their professional growth and development

Desired Skills and Experience:

Key Requirements:

* Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
* Minimum 10 years of experience of which 5 years must be in a supervisory level
* Conversant with the Labour Ordinances & Statutory regulations in Hong Kong
* Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills, can work with employees at all levels
* Analytical thinking with excellent business acumen
