We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and cultivating relationships with key clients to promote our innovative adtech solutions. What you'll do?
Lead and mentor a team of adtech sales professionals to achieve revenue targets and exceed sales goals.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and expand our customer base.
Must have proven experience in managing and executing successful OOH media campaigns.
Must have a superior understanding of programmatic advertising.
You will drive the growth of the business customer base by strategically identifying target brands who will utilise their platform to advertise through specific, data driven marketing methods.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients and industry partners.
Present our adtech solutions to clients in a persuasive and compelling manner, highlighting the unique value propositions and benefits.
Lead negotiation efforts to secure contracts and close deals with key clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to align sales strategies with business objectives.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement.
What you need?
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Candidates from Out of Home (OOH) agencies or media owners are preferred.
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with at least 5 years of experience in the adtech or digital advertising industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve outstanding results.
Deep understanding of adtech platforms, programmatic advertising, and digital marketing ecosystem.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as needed.
