Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hong Kong for a Business Development Executive - HR Technology SaaS. The Business Development Executive will be tasked with generating new business through lead generation, developing and maintaining client relationships, and managing accounts. Daily responsibilities include identifying potential clients, preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to achieve business growth and targets.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in B2B sales, preferably in HR tech, SaaS, or enterprise solutions (CRM/ERP).
• Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Skills: Proven track record in hitting sales targets, strong business and communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Experience in Account Management
• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in HR Technology or SaaS industry is a plus
• Fluency in English. Cantonese and Mandarin, both written and spoken
