Currently we are looking for a result driven Sales Manager in our team.


Responsibilities:


Develop and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.

Identify partnership opportunities and execute high-value sales deals with banks.

Leverage personal networks in banking to generate leads and close deals.

Work closely with the compliance and FI relationship teams.

Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools like Bitrix24 for pipeline management.

Attend and represent the company at financial industry conferences and networking events.


Requirements:


Minimum 2-3 years in FI sales or relationship management within banking.

Proven track record in closing large financial institution partnerships.

Strong knowledge of banking compliance, KYC, and due diligence.

Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools (Bitrix24 preferred).

Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.

Track record in consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs and sales targets.

Knowledge in handling and driving sales calls and persuasive selling techniques.

Proficiency in relevant sales skills, including objection handling, consultative selling, and deal closing.
