Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Hybrid Compliance/Operations Analyst located in Hong Kong SAR. This role combines expertise in financial operations, compliance oversight, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless business operations while maintaining rigorous regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance & Legal Support

• Partner with the Trading Team to monitor and enforce compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks.
• Conduct audits, risk assessments, and due diligence to mitigate operational and legal risks.
• Assist in resolving legal matters by coordinating with external counsel and internal stakeholders.

Operations Support:

• Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
• Provide exceptional operational support to internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Trading) to align workflows and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in compliance, financial operations, legal or a similar role
• Problem solving attitude
• Strong Communication abilities
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Background in fund accounting, compliance, operations would be preferred but not required
• Law degree/JD beneficial
