Your new role

• Review documents for relevance, privilege and confidentiality from the legal department
• Revised and finalised transaction documents
  
• Draft excel report with data from different sources
  
• Liaise with other stakeholders on project execution and other matters
  
• Assist on ad-hoc projects

What you'll need to succeed

• 3+ years of experience in the Capital Market
• Business / Finance / Legal related bachelor's degree holder
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
