This position will be seconded into one of Vega Global’ s largest banking clients. They are a globally recognized Top Tier US investment bank, with an extensive footprint across Asia Pacific.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data related to the billable usage of AV on-site managed services professionals.
• Monitor and report on the usage of the firm's meeting rooms and audio-visual spaces.
• Develop and maintain detailed Excel financial reports to track and analyze data trends.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for management.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather and interpret data.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and analyses.
• Support ad-hoc data analysis requests as needed.

Requirements:

• Qualifications in Finance or Mathematics’ or Data Science nice to have, not essential.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A self-starter, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Enthusiasm for working with data and generating reports.
• Candidate may be a recent graduate, or a person who has strong experience in a similar role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Advanced user of excel reports.
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required.
