Responsibilities:
• Perform leasing and tenancy management of the Group's F&B stores / property portfolio
• Strengthen business network and maintain professional relationship with both landlords, corporate clients, property agencies and business partners
• Liaise closely with property developers and property owners in acquiring suitable sites
• Contracts & budget management for rental of shops
• Conduct in-depth site analysis, market research, evaluate the performance of current & potential premises and cost benchmarking for lease renewal and new lease evaluation
• Conduct leasing administration works including reviewing Tenancy Agreement and preparation of outgoing letter correspondence to comply with relevant regulations and legal formalities
• Handle ad-hoc assignment as required
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development,candidate with F&B or retail background is an advantage
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
