Role Description

This is a full-time FF&E / Interior Designer role located in Hong Kong SAR. The designer will be responsible for space planning, architecture, construction drawings, interior design, and FF&E selections. The role involves working on a variety of projects from luxury residential to commercial spaces, collaborating with international brands, and contributing to innovative design solutions.

Qualifications

• Space Planning, Architecture, and Construction Drawings skills
• Interior Design and FF&E knowledge
• Experience in luxury residential and commercial design projects
• Strong understanding of design principles and aesthetics
• Ability to work collaboratively in a creative environment
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of Hong Kong building codes and regulations
