Job Description
- Develop and maintain business requirements for IT application enhancements and projects.
- Collaborate with business users to define requirements and solutions across properties.
- Work with product and technical teams to clarify requirements and provide expert support for the system.
- Lead project teams to deliver integrated solutions, addressing issues and managing risks.
- Define and manage all processes utilized by the team, ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and PMO standards.
- Produce high-quality deliverables in line with the SDLC process and Project Management Standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies for new initiatives, aligning with management guidelines and assessing their impact on business operations.
- Manage project timelines and validate deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Adhere to company policies and regulations.
Education
- Minimum : Bachelor's Degree
- Preferred : Master's Degree in Management Information Systems or a related business discipline.
Required Experience
- Total Work Experience : 6+ years
- Experience in Related Field : 2+ years

IT Knowledge and Applications
• Proficiency in MS Office Automation (Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of MS Project and Visio is advantageous
• Familiarity with Figma is advantageous
• Familiarity with IT processes, policies and procedures
• Experience with hospitality app
