Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to gather and analyze user requirements.
• Participate in the development and implementation of software solutions.
• Work with vendors and offshore development teams, particularly in China, to facilitate development processes.
• Enforce quality standards and procedures throughout the SDLC.
• Provide support and maintenance for applications post-deployment.
• Update and maintain technical documentation related to projects and applications.

Requirements:

• University graduate, preferably with a major in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant working experience in Java-related software development.
• Strong sense of responsibility and a keen eagerness to learn.
• Proficient in the following technologies:
• WAS/WebLogic platform
• Java: J2EE, Core Java programming, Servlets, JSP, and frontend technologies
• Unix shell scripting
• Eclipse, PL/SQL, Oracle RDBMS, UNIX, MQ, API, Git, Jenkins
• Internet banking or web application experience
• Experience in complex and large-scale projects is a plus.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills.
• Presentable with a good command of spoken Chinese and written English
