We are now seeking a Head Chef passionate about Greek cuisine to helm the small, but busy kitchen.

The Head Chef will oversee and drive the culinary operations of the restaurant, delivering an approachable and appealing menu, evoking the fresh, vibrant flavours that the cuisine is well known for. The Head Chef will train and mentor a small team to understand and appreciate the ingredients, techniques, and flavours, while working closely with the FOH team to ensure seamless, consistent service, and collaborating with the marketing team to promote the restaurant and build a following.
