Job Description:
Supervise company financial management, including revenue &COGS, operation expenses, and accounts receivable/payable and invoicing process.
In charge of company secretary including assist of board meeting preparation and annual board activities to compel with HK companies registry ordinance.
Co-ordinate and liaise with business partners including company secretary, HR agency, Banks, legal Firm, accounting firm, Auditor, distributor and retailers etc
Overseeing daily business operations to ensure efficient functioning of the company.
Collaborating on and facilitating annual audit preparations and processes.
Analyse new government policies to enhance business growth strategies.
Organize the Sales and Marketing event in logistics and execution.
Assist in office affairs and corporate activities.
Assist in other ad-hoc projects when necessary.
