The role is responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of people & culture operation services across all People Services team in the region. This role involves managing processes related to hire-to-retire, payroll, audit and benefits administration, while also driving continuous improvement initiatives

The challenge is to:

  • Ensure the effective delivery of people services, including but not limited to hire-to-retire, payroll processing, benefits management, audit review, and employee inquiries, etc.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to improve service efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures and assist with the development of new policies as needed
  • Develop and maintain people services metrics, providing regular reports to senior management when needed
  • Collaborate with respective stakeholders to address people and culture related issues and improve service delivery
  • Leverage people services technology and tools to streamline processes and enhance team member experience
  • Develop training materials and programs for people services team members on policies, procedures, and/or systems

Do you have experience in People Transformation / HR Operations?

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations or shared services, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional projects
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant HR Technology
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
  • Commitment to providing high-quality service to team members and management
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
