Assistant Guest Services Supervisor / Guest Services Officer <br> (8 Days Off, Public Holidays, Meal Allowance)
Carry out all check-in and check-out services in a professional manner;
Contribute effort to form team work to ensure highest services standards are being maintained;
Provide professional services and handle guests’ enquiries & complaints;
Achieve the high level of guest satisfaction with courteous and friendly manner;
Overnight shift duty is required.
Your Profile
Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines;
2 years or above relevant experience in hotel industry in a similar capacity is preferred;
Pleasant, energetic with positive service attitude and excellent interpersonal skills;
Multi-tasking and work as a team player;
Good communication skills in both English and Chinese including Putonghua;
Candidates with less experience or fresh graduate will be considered for the role of Guest Services Officer.
