JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

• Assist in monthly payroll and payment process
• Verify data, process reimbursement and prepare debt notes to parents and related journals
• Check timesheet records
• Prepare tax returns
• Support system implementation and various testing
• Support management to perform financial analyses
• Scanning, filing and handling ad hoc assignments

Requirement

• Tertiary educated with a minimum of 4 years working experience in accounting in sizable organization
• Experience with handling a sizable payroll is preferred
• Basic understanding of the Employment Ordinance and other related regulations of Hong Kong
• Strong numerate sense and computer literacy
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Fluent in oral and written English and Cantonese
• Team player, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently and with a positive and can-do attitude
