Responsibilities:

• Perform general clerical duties in the Engineer’s Head Office
• Handle all clerical/filing works, word processing, typing and telephone operation.
• Handle ad hoc duties and assignments as required

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above or pass HKDSE
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good PC knowledge in MS office applicants (MS Word and Excel) and in both Chinese and English word processing
• Clerical Assistant experience is preferred
