Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day accounting, financial analysis, monthly, interim and annual closing
• Compile monthly consolidated financial statements, disclosure notes and schedules
• Monitor financial matters, ensure compliance of group financial policies from all Hong Kong and PRC regions
• Assist in system development and enhancement projects and UAT
• Coordinate and finalize the interim/annual audit and tax compliance
• Proactively understand and study technical knowledge
• Stay opened within the team
• Flag issues and proactively update status within the team
• Perform ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by the management or team head

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Finalist of HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in auditing, accounting and reporting
• Knowledge of Hong Kong and PRC accounting standards and taxation, preferably in property development and property investment industry
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS and Kingdee Accounting System is an advantage
• Good command of Mandarin, Cantonese and English
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant
