The Engineer for Fleet Management and Customer Experience will play a vital role in ensuring fleet reliability, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvements across our operations. This position involves analyzing fleet performance, addressing breakdowns, conducting product trials, and managing customer feedback to enhance the overall travel experience. As part of the Technical Support & Services team, you will work closely with various stakeholders to promote fleet efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
The role:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of fleet performance data to identify patterns, causes, and solutions for reducing bus breakdowns
- Prepare various report for management team’s review
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures based on analysis results
- Coordinate and evaluate product trials for parts and materials which compliance with company standards and performance requirements
- Assist in the prequalification of new products to ensure they meet technical and safety requirements before integration into the fleet
- Handle customer complaints related to bus services and performances, and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvements
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to ensure fleet efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance
Skills and attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree holder in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering, or equivalent
- At least 4 years of experience in fleet management, vehicle engineering, workshop operations or equivalent
- Knowledge of fleet management principles and automotive engineering practices
- Strong communication skills, both in spoken and written Chinese and English, with the ability to effectively present complex technical information
