To support execution of the Bank’s digital marketing and social media content strategy as an integral part of its marketing communications efforts
To support execution of marketing and PR campaigns for the retail bank, including segments, products, services and channels as necessary
To provide administrative support to the Communications and PR team
Job Responsibilities
To support the growth and performance of the Bank’s overall digital and social media strategy and presence, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, Facebook, lnstagram, WeChat, LinkedIn, KOL/ affiliate resources, etc
To execute and manage the Bank’s social media content strategy and social media platforms in line with our overall digital and social media strategy
To support execution of marketing communications campaigns for the Bank's retail banking products, services and channels as necessary, including but not limited to ATL and BTL promotions, PR promotions, digital/ social media marketing, POP displays, events and sponsorships, etc
To coordinate with external vendors (incl. digital agency resources) on production and other projects for accurate, timely and quality execution and delivery
To liaise with creative agencies and other external parties on digital creative development, media placement and production for branding and marketing campaigns
To support and coordinate tracking, analysis and reporting of performance metrics in order to assess marketing ROI on digital channels
To support / coordinate daily news coverage monitoring, A&P expense monitoring, invoicing consolidation, marketing calendars, stationery and/or other inventory management, ITD coordination as well as other routine department administrative work as necessary
Where necessary, to support corporate and CSR activities e.g. sponsorship and volunteer work
Incumbent Requirements
Degree or above with major in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media, advertising and/or PR; banking and financial services experience will be a strong advantage
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Knowledge in digital marketing (SEM, mobile, social media, etc)
Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
Experience in using Adobe Photoshop and HTML and JavaScript an advantage
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to multi-task and work under pressure to meet tight schedule
Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
