Responsibilities:

• Lead the Equity Investment team under CIO
• Conduct in depth investment analysis, market research, deal structuring, risk assessments and review on investment opportunities and deal terms
• Monitor and analyze capital market dynamics, economic trends, industry outlooks and develop actionable insights and recommendations
• Liaise with legal counsels and other departments to complete comprehensive diligence processes and procedures
• Monitor portfolio performance against performance targets
• Manage risks in accordance with the portfolio mandate and risk management requirements

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or equivalent
• Minimum of 10 years of solid experiences in equity investment with sound knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry trends
• Strong capital market knowledge with investment banking experience is an advantage
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (including Putonghua) with excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in computer applications such as including Bloomberg
