Duties:

• Supervision and communication in project progress;
• Familiar with cost control, programming;
• Negotiate with clients/consultants;
• Negotiate and supervise suppliers and sub-contractors;
• Prepare paper works in project progress.

Requirements:

• Higher Certificate or Higher Diploma in Building Studies or equivalent;
• 5 years working experience in fit-out and A&A works;
• Well organized and good initiative;
• Good communication skill.
