Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in coordinating in site visit, risk assessment & customer’s questionnaire;
  • Answering telephone calls and emails, handling customers’ enquires, complaints of a routine nature and provide quality services to customer; 
  • Perform record filing and maintenance, data entry on collection orders and delivery orders in system; 
  • Liaise with Logistics department to provide accurate data to customer’s enquires relating to status of service orders,
  • To provide clerical and administrative support to Logistics & Customer Service Department; 
  • Report issues/incidents to superior, and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Certificate/ Diploma or above, at least 2 years customer service will be an advantage
  • Good command in MS Excel, Word and Chinese word processing
  • Good command in written & spoken English and Chinese
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, well organized and strong sense of responsibility
  • Strong problem solving skill and result oriented
  • Immediately available is preferred
  • Position/offer will vary according to qualification/experience
