Job Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Interpretation:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
• Generate actionable insights through iterative data analysis and translate data-driven output into business language, providing appropriate recommendations to respective business stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, sales, editorial, and other departments, to understand business needs, identify pain points, and inefficiencies, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement in current business processes.
• Present insights and recommendations from analyses to senior management to guide decision-making and direction-setting across the company.

KPI and Metric Management:

• Develop and iterate on company KPIs and metrics for regular reporting, ensuring oversight and coordination with key cross-functional targets and goals.

Business Requirements and Documentation:

• Elicit and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project goals.

Project Management:

• Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality analysis and reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years or above relevant working experience
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Excel, Google Analytics, LookerStudio, SQL, Big Query
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
• Hands-on experience in the documentation of system flows, workflows, and data diagrams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
