The Role
The Sales & Project Executive at Easeca will be responsible for managing key client accounts and driving high-impact sales activities. This role requires a strategic, consultative approach to building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating mutually beneficial deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and cultivating long-term partnerships.
  • Business Development: Proactively prospect for new sales opportunities, leverage industry insights to uncover client needs, and present tailored packaging solutions.
  • Proposal Crafting: Develop compelling sales proposals that highlight Easeca's value proposition, negotiating contract terms and pricing to secure new business.
  • Sales Forecasting: Accurately track pipeline, monitor sales activities, and provide detailed forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, purchasing, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and identify cross-selling/up-selling potential.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of proven sales administrative experience, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industry
  • Proficient in Cantonese and English, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers at all levels
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric mindset

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools is an advantage
