Job Description and Responsibilities:

Support and manage outdoor experiential learning programs with tasks including:

• Develop and create outcome-based programs and the relevant material 
• Arrange accommodation, transportation, and activity reservations
• Liaise with other departments such as CRM, equipment, food, and staffing
• Lead program briefings and debriefs
• Occasional in-field program support

Requirements:

• A team player with excellent communication, problem-solving skills and a creative mindset
• Able to work in a high-pressure environment and have the ability to adapt to unforeseen circumstances
• Ability to complete projects according to an outlined scope, budget, and timeline
• An understanding of Hong Kong's outdoor activities, campsites and locations is an advantage
• A love for the outdoors and what experiential learning stands for
• Fluent in English. Cantonese and Mandarin is a bonus
• Experience working with international schools are advantageous 
• Qualifications within the outdoor or program management field are helpful but not required
