職位描述:

  • 負責公司商務合作事務,跟進訂單落實,跟管理發貨、處理退換貨、負責與客戶溝通和協調,提升服務品質及客戶滿意度
  • 負責核對客戶訂單、審核、與客户對帳及修改單跟進等工作
  • 負責公司商務活動策劃、组織、執行等工作,提升公司形象
  • 完成上级領導交辦的其他商務相關工作
     

任職要求:

  • 大專學歷,市場行銷、商務管理等相關專業優先
  • 1-3年以上商務工作經驗,有豐富的商務經優先
  • 具備良好的溝通能力、協調能力、组織能力,有較強的團隊合作精神
  • 熟練使用辦公軟件,如Word、Excel、PowerPoint等
  • 熟練使用ERP軟件及辦公自動化軟件,有較強的抗壓能力。
     
  • 薪資待遇:月薪14K-17K
  • 工作時間:五天半日長短週
  • 上班時間:早上9:00-18:00,10:00-19:00
