Responsibilities:-

• Able to handle full set of L/C, I/E, COO (eg. Form A) & custom declaration
• China Local & Exports delivery & container arrangement
• Import arrangements (sea & air)
• Insurance arrangement
• Keep track of the status of all orders, ensuring shipments smoothly and made on time.
• Collaborate with Sales team, factories, customers and forwarders to ensure clear communication.
• Able to handle & bargain for freight costs
• Handle other ad-hoc tasks arranged by supervisor.

 Requirements:-
 

• Dipolma or HKCEE/DSE graduated.
• Organized and detail minded. Ability to work fast, independently & proactively.
• Good communication skills in spoken & written Chinese and English.
• Good Computer skills in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing.
• 3+ year of relevant shipping experience.
• Experience with global shipping market & forwarders preferred.
• Candidate with less experience or lower qualificiaton will be consider to the position of shipping clerk.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
