Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for business development/growth and managing long term relationship building with existing key clients through customer visit, solution preparation, regular meetings, and presentations
- Responsible for approaching new clients to grow new business.
- Responsible for helping customer solve their problems in quality, delivery, costs, logistics, technical, etc.
- Responsible for communicating with internal sales team to ensure timely delivery of information & documents
- Responsible for reporting & forecast of sales to top management
- Perform ad-hoc assignments/projects as and required
Requirements:-
- 5+ years of relevant B2B experience dealing OEM businesses
- A proven track record in B2B sales
- Effective communication, presentation and people management skills
- Excellent negotiation and organizational skills
- Ability to work fast, independently & proactively
- Solid team management / polished interpersonal skills / creative thinking / market development experience will be an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Fluent in Korean or Indonesia Speaking is an advantage
- Mechanical Engineering related industry experience is preferred
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Travel to the Mainland China and Overseas is required.
