Interior Designer

Responsibilities

• Preparation of design proposals including layout plan design and conceptual design
• Familiar with detailed design and to handle full set of working drawings
• Good knowledge on project overview and progress supervision
• Interface and co-ordinations with clients, sub-contractors, and other third parties
• Generate and execute solutions to any ad-hoc design & project problems
• After-sales and maintenance services delivery

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in corporate interior design field for Interior Designer and minimum 2 years experience for Assistant Interior Designer
• Diploma Holder or above in Interior Design, Architectural or other related disciplines
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/3D studio Max/Photoshop/working drawings
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently under pressure and tight time frame
