Roles and Responsibilities  

  • Monitor all quality functions including quality control, quality engineering, quality assurance and factory assessment
  • Manage all internal and external quality issues and reports to reach zero defects
  • Review production process and quality policy to constantly improve the efficiency and effectiveness in preventing and detecting quality problems
  • Lead a PRC QC team to carry out the daily quality control function and define specifications to fulfil customers’ expectation
  • Follow up on customer complaints and corresponding corrective actions
  • Present quality relative issues to technical team
  • Generate standard testing procedures, coordinate on all testing schedules and results

 

Requirements

  • Form5/ DSE or above 
  • Minimum 5 years solid quality control experience in footwear of which at least 3 years at supervisory level
  • Familiar with US customers’ requirements
  • Able to understand and apply Quality Tools for quality improvement and to provide relevant technique training
  • Mature and tactful in dealing with people from all sorts of function and location.
  • Strong problem solving and leadership skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Willing to travel to Mainland China if needed
  • Immediate available is highly preferred

 

Labouring Time 

  • 5 days per week 
  • Working hours from 9:30a.m. to 5:30p.m. 
  • Monthly wage starting from HK$20,000- HK$35,000 (negotiable based on relevant experience; adjustable depends on performance after employment)
