Support the Leasing team with lease administration and related activities, including the review of Tenancy and License Agreements.
Prepare and maintain a comprehensive leasing database, along with regular reports and analyses.
Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders on leasing and operational matters.
Oversee store renovations, ensuring alignment with company standards and timelines.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Property, or a related field.
4 years of solid experience in property leasing, leasing administration, or relevant areas.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and possessing a strong sense of responsibility.
