Marketing Officer (Casual Dining)

Responsibilities:

• Assist management in initiating and executing marketing activities of various kinds
• Support the annual market planning & execution in regular/ seasonal promotions, and other campaigns
• Responsible for menu planning throughout the year including dine-in, takeaway and delivery
• Coordinate the joint promotions with external parties, like corporate customers, landlords, and e-payment companiesWork closely with internal departments and external suppliers including designers, printers and advertising agencies to ensure quality delivery of marketing collateral
• Work closely with internal departments and external suppliers including designers, printers and advertising agencies to ensure quality delivery of marketing collateral
• Monitor the POSM executions in branches
• Prepare and consolidate review reports of different marketing promotions and activities
• Assist in social media and website management
• Support the execution of PR events and CRM program
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

  Requirements:

• Diploma or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
• With relevant working experience, exposure in Catering or Retail Industry is an advantage
• Good team player, outgoing, well organized and detail-minded
• Good communication & presentation skills, able to work independently and under pressure
• Good command in both spoken and written English & Cantonese
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
