Key Offers:

• 5 days work per week in TST;
• HK$21,500 or above Monthly Salary with Extra Quarterly Bonus;
• Work 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM in a stable & growing Company.

Major Duties:   (Including but not limited to the below)

• Fully support the admin works for the office & shop’s renovation and decoration projects;
• Communicate with different parties (e.g. Head Office, Design House, Decoration Company, contractors, vendors etc.) for the whole projects;
• Require to visit & monitor the new office & shops in different working stages and ensure each renovation and decoration projects can successful completed before the deadline.

Main Requirements:  

• Diploma or above;
• At least 1 year Administration or Decoration experience which is focus on the office & shop’s renovation and decoration projects;
• Good understanding on the Interior Design, Decoration & Construction working process or basic knowledge;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Immediately available is preferred .
