Job Duties:

• Assist Senior Finance Manager to oversee all financial functions including AP, AR, expenses review, financial reporting, cash flow management etc.
• Ensure all financial transactions, month-end closing is completed accurately and timely. 
• Participate in annual budgetary process and assist to develop long-term and short-term budget plans.
• Prepare and develop regular management reports with high degree of accuracy and on time. 
• Manage the financial planning processes including annual budget setting, monthly rolling forecasts and projected cash flows, short and long term budget plans, budget monitoring and management. 
• Monitor and handle the project audits and develop analytical reports to keep track of funding and costing of each individual projects.
• Liaise with external auditors and funding parties.
• Work with Senior Finance Manager to develop and implement new finance process and/or workflow to enhance the operational efficiency.  
• Participate in ad hoc tasks/projects, analysis and assignments as required by the senior management.

Requirements:   

• Degree holder in Accounting / Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Qualified ACCA/HKICPA or equivalent internationally recognized accounting qualification is preferred.
• 5+ years or above of relevant working experience.
• Familiar with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, detailed-oriented and independent.
• Able to lead, manage and coach an accounting team.
• Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and drive for improvement.
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese.
• Proficient in MS application particularly in Excel.
