Job functions :

• Must take initiative on lean manufacturing learning of lean tools and looking for scope of implementation in the factory
• Lead and monitor IE team to conduct data analysis and identify improvement areas in terms of productivity, efficiency, and cost effectiveness
• Responsible for monitoring line capacity for all new development styles based on garment sketches or samples.
• Co-ordinate with unit department heads for styles allocation, preproduction activities improvement, delivery planning and IE training
• Formulate and implement styles simplification and method improvement
• Employee production Incentive report monitoring and approval of the incentive amount
• Experience in building up IE team in overseas factory is an advantage

Main Requirement:

• University graduated major in Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
• 6-8 years above experienced in apparel business, with minimum 3 years in managerial position
• Knowledge of VSM in factory setting up is highly preferable
• Familiar with Excel and PPT in an analytical manner
• Strong communication skills and work well under pressure
• Solve problems in the context by checking full details and analyzing root causes
• Sensitive to numbers, figures and values to ensure right logic and data accuracy
• Workbase in Guangzhou (China)  
• Frequent travel to Cambodia and Vietnam is required
