Must take initiative on lean manufacturing learning of lean tools and looking for scope of implementation in the factory
Lead and monitor IE team to conduct data analysis and identify improvement areas in terms of productivity, efficiency, and cost effectiveness
Responsible for monitoring line capacity for all new development styles based on garment sketches or samples.
Co-ordinate with unit department heads for styles allocation, preproduction activities improvement, delivery planning and IE training
Formulate and implement styles simplification and method improvement
Employee production Incentive report monitoring and approval of the incentive amount
Experience in building up IE team in overseas factory is an advantage
Main Requirement:
University graduated major in Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
6-8 years above experienced in apparel business, with minimum 3 years in managerial position
Knowledge of VSM in factory setting up is highly preferable
Familiar with Excel and PPT in an analytical manner
Strong communication skills and work well under pressure
Solve problems in the context by checking full details and analyzing root causes
Sensitive to numbers, figures and values to ensure right logic and data accuracy
Workbase in Guangzhou (China)
Frequent travel to Cambodia and Vietnam is required
