Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Local, Mainland China and Overseas projects and activities plus event management;
• Manage and oversee the project operation from planning, implementation to budget control;
• Coordinate event logistics, publicity, including advertising and collateral material design and production;
• Provide secretariat support to the Project Organizers and Committee; 
• Maintain good liaison and communication with the project organizers, committee members, sponsors, exhibitors, media and the public;
• Coordinate with the different parties and internal teams;
• Travel occasionally (PRC and Overseas) for event;
• To perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder or equivalent, preferably major in Marketing/ Event Management/ Communications or related disciplines;
• Minimum 3 years exhibition, marketing and event (live & virtual) experience is preferred, solid experience in Overseas exhibition /or Governement funded projects is an advantage;  
• Knowledge of publishing and printing is preferred;
• Experience in secretarial support to board/committee work is a definite advantage;
• Able to deliver quality output under tight deadlines and within budget;
• Strong responsibility, self-motivated, detailed minded and result-driven;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese word processing;
• Immediately available is preferred.
