Responsibilities:

• Provide fully supports to CRM Department;
• Develop strategies and deployment of CRM programs;
• Drive and oversee the CRM activities or exclusive events for the company’s VIPs to acquire new members and retain members;
• Analyze customer data and conduct report for all CRM initiatives;
• Sets project priorities, identifies and assigns required resources, manages project budget, and directs the work of external vendors to ultimately deliver within timing and budget constraints often across multiple projects at any given time;
• Conduct market case study for membership scheme & Loyalty Program with business insights.

Requirements:
 

• Bachelor degree holder in Marketing, Business Analytic or related disciplines;
• At Least 3 years’ experience, focusing on Loyalty/ CRM program/Marketing, exposure in the beauty industry is definitely an advantage;
• Good analytical skills and detail-minded, able to work multi-task under pressure;
• Willing to handle ad-hoc requests and inquiries;
• Team player, presentable, detail-minded and self-motivated;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as CRM Supervisor;
• Immediately availability is highly preferable.
