Job Description:

• Handle daily accounting duties, such as Account Payable and Account Receivable
• Prepare financial statement and month-end closing; Work closely with other departments
• Data entries and invoice validation etc.
• Other ad-hoc assignments

Requirements: 

• Form 5 or above 
• 3 years’ experience in Accounting is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office software(Excel/Word) and Chinese word processing
• Fluent in Cantonese, fair in Mandarin and English
• Independent, detail minded and responsible
• Working hours: 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturday-off system(work half day every other Saturday)

工作內容:

• -負責處理一般日常會計帳目, 如: 應收賬及應付賬；
• -做客戶月結單，收款表及收據等，與各部門緊密合作與協調
• -財務資料整理及歸檔工作
• -根據需要完成的其他臨時工作

工作要求:

• 中五程度或以上;
• 3年會計經驗;
• 良好粵語; 一般普通話；一般英语
• 懂讀寫中文;
• 具有一般互聯網知識; 懂中文打字; 具有基本電腦操作知識
• 工作時間：上午9時-下午6時，長短周
