We are a trade Association is looking for an Executive Director. We invite capable candidates who possess the following skills to apply for the position.

Job duties:

1. The Employee is responsible for leading, developing, overseeing, and implementing both long-term and short-term plans to achieve the strategic goals of the Association, as established by the Executive Committee.
2. The Employee shall ensure the organization operates effectively and efficiently, adhering to established quality standards and expectations. 
3. The Executive Committee reserves the right, at its discretion, to assign the Employee additional or alternative duties that differ from their current responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• No less than 10 years of senior business management work experience in construction
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, interpersonal, motivational, and change management skills
• Good in English, Chinese and Mandarin is required
