Responsibilities
- Being organizer of a prestigious business award.
- Major duties include:
- coordinating with all stakeholders to ensure the successful running of the yearly programme;
- organizing seminars, workshops and a presentation ceremony;
- planning and execution of publicity campaigns;
- managing any activities in relation to the award scheme.
- Additional responsibilities: Providing local support for degree programmes offered by overseas universities as needed.
- Handling ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirements
- Degree holder in any disciplines or equivalent
- Experience in event management is preferred
- Well-organized and attention to details
- Strong multi-tasking abilities and capable to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Independent and highly motivated
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Immediate availability is preferred
- Candidates with more experience would be considered for appointment as Senior Executive Officer
