Euroclear Bank Hong Kong is recruiting for a recently established position to join our Income Pre-Payment team!

As part of the wider Euroclear ESA Operations division, our Income Pre Payment team manages information collection and research for Income and Redemption payments. This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that drives excellence in financial operations. Your work will have a direct impact on our ability to provide flawless services to our clients.

The main responsibilities within Income Pre Payment are to:

• Pro-actively research and collect information and data for Income and Redemption events on debt instruments.
• Ensure timely and accurate analysis and translation of acquired information.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with collaborators, customers, partners, and team members, both external and internal.
• Develop a profound knowledge of relevant products related to our markets.

Required Qualification:

• Organized, attentive to details and accuracy in numerical calculations.
• Great teammate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible, dynamic, and can adapt to changing environments.
• Ability to multi-task and strong deadline management skills.
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Client and delivery-focused.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience with a background in banking or securities operations processing is preferable.
• Knowledge of Excel Tools will be an advantage.
• HK public holiday support may be required.
