System Support Engineer (VMware, TST & Kowloon Bay)

    Job Duties:

    • Provide first-line support for IT systems, applications, and hardware.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network systems.
    • Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.
    • Assist in the installation, configuration, and upgrading of software and hardware.
    • Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

    Job Requirement:

    • F.5 or above

    • At least 2-3 years’ experience in a system support or technical support role.

    • Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and software applications

    • Familiarity with networking concepts and technologies

    • Experience with Microsoft products (M365, OneDrive, Office)

    • Knowledge of Backup Tools (Avamar, Veaam)

    • Knowledge of Windows Servers, Redhat Linux 7.x 8.x, VMware

    • Knowledge of SolarWinds, MS MDE, Symantec Altiris

    • Knowledge of VMWare is a must
