Job Responsibilities

  • Support new merchant acquisition and promote Octopus services to potential merchants 
  • Take up merchant account management role and related administrative tasks:-
    • Merchant Onboarding: Assist in converting sales leads and handle merchant applications
    • Account Setup: Assist in account set up, including document collection, merchant due diligence, agreement drafting, etc 
    • Daily Operations: Handle merchant enquiries, conduct on-site / phone trainings, manage account changes, issue quotations, process purchase orders, etc
    • Other Administrative Tasks: Responsible for document management, recording client history, billing and payment, etc.
  • Facilitate the implementation of projects and administrative tasks assigned from time-to-time
  • Follow Risk and Compliance policies and guidelines when carrying out duties from time-to-time

Requirements

  • Form 5 graduates or DSE graduates with 5 subjects passed, including English, Chinese, and Mathematics
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome
  • Good language skills and proficient in MS Applications
  • Responsible, committed, willing to learn, and a good team player
  • Outdoor duties are required
  • Multi-tasking, self-motivated with good time management skills
