Responsibilities

• Lead the logistic operation team to maintain high level logistics services.
• Standardize and systemize the workflow with a view to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the operation procedures.
• Monitor and handle daily operations, delivery arrangements and supports customer service to ensure service quality.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth day to day
• Prepare regular reports such as month end closing.
• Alternate Sat off after probation (5 day / 5.5 day)

Requirements

• Degree or above in Logistics / Supply chain management or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in logistics
• Experienced in handling full set I/E shipping documents, customs declaration (Tradelink)
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good leadership, strong problem solving skills, self motivated with strong desire to succeed.
• Independent and detail-minded.
• Proficient in MS office; familiar with excel
• Able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks within a tight schedule.
