Responsibilites

• Attend Meeting with Developer, Architect and Consultants.
• Chair BS Coordination Meetings.
• Implement Total Engineering.
• Monitor all Monitor Quality and Progress of BS Works.
• Monitor Testing and Commissioning.
• Resolve Conflicts on site.
• Identify and resolve design problems with Consultants.
• Monitor Statutory Submission and Inspection.
• Coordination with Utility Companies.
• Relationship Management.
• Supervise and provide guidance to junior engineers.

Requirements

• Degree in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 5 years relevant experience.
• MHKIE (BS / Mech / Elect Eng) or Chartered Engineer (MCIBSE / MIMechE / MIET) preferable.
• Experience in B.S. systems of medium or large scale Building projects is an essential.
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese.
