Responsibilities

• Handling HR & Admin duties, including by not limited to monthly payroll, leave management, interviews arrangement etc.

• Maintain accurate and up to date HR-related documentation and employee records.

• Prepare HR reports relating to general HR activities.

• Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.

• Serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators.

• Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

• Organize company activities and staff events.

• Perform ad hoc projects or duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or related field.

• Basic knowledge of HK Employment Ordinances, MPF Regulations and other related legislations.

• High degree of personal integrity, committed and detail oriented.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, Chinese word processing and other business communication tools.

• Passionate in social service.

• Immediate availability is an advantage.
