Job Summary:


As one of the key expert service providers under the AISL Group, a leading provider of education services in Asia, AISL Mall (AM) is an online education resource platform that offers a one-stop shop to educators, parents, students and anyone interested in the latest developments, services and products related to K to 12 education and learning through an affiliated marketing approach. From offering state-of-the-art technological innovations to more general resources, the Mall exemplifies our belief that education is never stagnant, but is an ongoing exploration of acquiring knowledge in new and exciting ways.


We are looking for a Project Manager to partner with our stakeholders and vendors to manage the development of the AISL Mall.


Reporting Line: Associate Director, AISL Academy


Responsibilities:


Article Publication Management:

  • Oversee the production and translation of original articles, ensuring timely publication and alignment with current educational trends.
  • Coordinate research, topic selection, and assignment of writing tasks, maintaining a steady output.


Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Organize and lead regular stakeholder feedback meetings to gather insights, review progress, and adapt strategies based on audience needs and emerging K-12 developments.
  • Foster collaboration among team members and stakeholders to enhance content relevance and audience engagement.


Technology Development Cycles:

  • Manage the planning and execution of technology development cycles, identifying technological needs and implementing necessary advancements to improve AISL Mall’s platform and services.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.


Partner Acquisition:

  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire partnerships with education solution providers that help to enhance educational outcomes.
  • Identify potential partners and cultivate relationships to expand AISL Mall's offerings and reach within the K-12 community.


Reporting and Analysis:

  • Regularly report on project progress, challenges, and outcomes to the Acting Director of AISL Mall
  • Utilize performance metrics and stakeholder feedback to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field are preferred.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, preferably in the education sector or a similar environment.
  • Experience in website management using Wordpress is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • A passion for K-12 education and a commitment to supporting educators and students.
