Job Overview


We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive HNWI client acquisition. This is a rare opportunity for experienced Relationship Managers (RMs), insurance agents, or sales professionals with strong HNWI networks to enter the crypto industry. You will leverage your existing relationships to introduce high-net-worth clients to crypto investment opportunities. Those without professional experience in the crypto industry, kindly provide further details in your CV highlighting the extent of your understanding / involvement in crypto to be further considered for the position.


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify, acquire, and onboard HNWI clients interested in crypto investment.
  • Leverage your existing network (private banking, insurance, wealth management, etc.) to drive client engagement.
  • Educate and advise clients on crypto investment opportunities and portfolio strategies.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNWI and UHNW clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the client experience and product offerings.


Requirements


  • Proven experience in private banking, wealth management, insurance sales, or high-value B2C sales.
  • Strong network of HNWI clients and a track record of managing wealth portfolios.
  • Crypto experience is a must—this can be through personal trading or deep industry knowledge, even if not from a prior role. Candidates must demonstrate a strong understanding and passion for crypto.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
