To cope with our rapid expansion, we are looking to hire an Operation Manager to join the team. You will be reporting to the CEO, and work closely with C-Suites within the Group.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all beauty clinic operational matters to achieve long-term strategic business goals
• Review frontline sales and activity reports, and provide analysis report to CEO on the performance of all beauty clinic
• Conduct performance reviews for frontline staff to manage and improve underperforming employees and recognize outstanding ones
• Oversee frontline sales coaching and collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve incentive programs
• Act as a liaison between the Head Office and all retail sites to ensure consistent and exceptional customer service standards
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and operational processes and procedures for clinic operations, visuals, and marketing

Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Demonstrable experience in leading and managing retail store operations
• Effective people management skills, including motivation, development, and performance management
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English communication
